Estimated salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

This role involves installing, servicing, and repairing environmental-control systems in various commercial establishments. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that these systems operate efficiently and effectively, providing a comfortable working environment for employees and customers alike.
Your day-to-day tasks will include mounting compressor units, following blueprints, fabricating ductwork, using metalworking tools, and soldering joints. You will also be responsible for testing systems, observing pressure gauges, and adjusting controls to ensure proper operation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• North American Technician Excellence (NATE) HVAC Service Technician Certification
• HVAC Excellence Professional Level Certification
• UA Star HVAC Mastery Certification
• Union workers shall provide current Journeyman certification
• Stationary Engineers License if required by City Code
• Refrigeration Operator License if required by City Code
