This is a salaried position with a competitive compensation package, including a starting salary range of $24.25 - $42.50 HRLY.
Main Duties
• Install, test and maintain HVAC controls systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and develop effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement energy-efficient practices.
• Develop and deliver training programs for junior staff members.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
• Act as a subject matter expert for HVAC-related matters.
