About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Training Instructor to join our team at Constellation Energy. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for delivering and evaluating technical training programs for our field personnel.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC service and/or installation, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively execute training programs in a hands-on or classroom setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver high-quality training programs for field personnel
• Evaluate and improve existing training programs
• Support the growth of apprenticeship programs
• Maintain knowledge of field operations, company policies, and procedures
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in HVAC service and/or installation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively execute training programs in a hands-on or classroom setting
• Candidates must hold an HVAC Journeyman's license, EPA Certification, and Gas Fitter's license
