About the Job:
This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing top-quality walk-in tubs and showers in our customers' homes. You will work independently, but as part of a larger team, and be responsible for managing your own schedule and workload.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform full installations of senior walk-in tubs or acrylic and solid surface showers
• Inspect and transport materials to the job site
• Deliver excellent customer service and communication throughout the installation process
• Document work performed and collect final payments
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in bathroom remodeling or renovation
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work and exceeding customer expectations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
