Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$90,000, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, our benefits package includes 100% paid health, dental, and vision insurance, 3% retirement match, 12 days PTO, and 7 paid holidays. Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry developments
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
Requirements and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in commercial HVAC installation or related field
- Valid driver's license and ability to work overtime during the week
- CT HVAC License preferred but not required
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform regular manual labor
