Position Overview: Core Group Resources Careers is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Sales Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive sales growth in the Michigan territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase Commercial product sales in assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HVAC Controls contractors, Control Distributors, and Mechanical Contractors.
• Provide expert guidance to customers on product offerings and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with inside sales representatives to prepare quotes and process orders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
Qualifications:
• 5-10 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales or a related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial building automation and electro-mechanical components.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to meet drivers' policy requirements.
