The construction site superintendent will be responsible for managing subcontractors, developing construction schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Key Duties:
• Develop and manage construction schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Review project drawings, conduct pre-construction walkthroughs, and select subcontractors.
• Administer safety programs, develop project safety binders, and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Manage equipment lead times, order construction-related items, and conduct weekly field reports.
• Address project issues, resolve warranty concerns, and develop O&M manuals and as-builts.
