Job Summary:
Jerry Kelly Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Representative to join their team as a Comfort Consultant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of HVAC systems and services.
The HVAC Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Jerry Kelly's products and components to residential customers, while maintaining a professional image and adhering to company policies and procedures. This includes meeting or exceeding sales goals, coordinating with the installation department, and generating leads through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed sales targets by utilizing defined sales techniques and account management strategies
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Jerry Kelly's products and services, and effectively communicate their value to customers
• Coordinate with the installation department to ensure seamless service delivery
• Promptly follow up with customers to determine satisfaction and acquire leads, referrals, and testimonials
