Job Title: Residential and Commercial HVAC Representative
Location: Various locations across the country
Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 per year
Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for presenting customers with options, design, and education in the sale of replacement HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings.
Responsibilities:
• Presents HVAC system replacement options
• Presents financing options
• Learns One Hour sales system and ethical practices
• Maintains sales margins in jobs as specified by supervisor
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Wears floor savers while in the client's home
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Sales experience required
• HVAC trade experience a plus
• Must display strong communication and technical competence
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
• Clean driving record
