Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer/Foreman to join our team at Precision Air. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for leading a crew in the installation of HVAC mechanical systems in residential homes.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Job
• Lead a crew with the installation of HVAC mechanical systems in residential homes (new construction & existing home replacement)
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully completing complex projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Ability to complete system change-outs and installation of HVAC equipment on new construction jobs
• Basic duct skills to tie in ductwork, low voltage wiring, line voltage wiring, copper brazing, refrigerant charging, condensate installation, furnace venting, and start-up of equipment
• Valid Driver's license is a must
