Salary: $28 - $36 per hour
Our dynamic team is looking for an experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Service Technician (Facilities) to join our operations team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in maintaining our facilities, equipment, and grounds to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Below are some of the key responsibilities:
• Execute Preventive Maintenance program effectively: Ensure all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Assist management with Health Department compliance requests: Help maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Reports equipment abuse or misuse to Management: Keep us informed of any issues.
• Responds to Class 1 emergencies in a timely manner: Be prepared to handle urgent situations.
• Performs routine maintenance on building, equipment, and grounds: Keep everything in working order.
• Ensures invoices are reported to the A/P department in a timely manner: Stay on top of finances.
• Keeps abreast of technological changes which affect the maintenance program: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
• Assists Operations with product implementations which require facility upgrades: Collaborate with the team to improve our facilities.
• Plans schedule according to company guidelines: Stay organized and focused.
• Assists the Director of Facilities in taking advantage of product pricing strategies, warranties, and discounts: Help save costs.
• Utilizes Corrigo to track repair requests, update assets, log time and activity: Stay on top of tasks.
• Follows Company safety and security procedures: Prioritize your safety and the safety of others.
• Maintains a driving record that reflects a commitment to safe driving practices: Drive safely.
• Maintains proper storage and security of Company equipment and tools: Take care of our property.
• Maintains company vehicle in the manner outlined by company guidelines: Keep our vehicles in good condition.
• Maintains parts inventory as required to plan for long lead items and be able to react to critical repairs in a timely manner: Plan ahead.
• Monitor and evaluate the work of third parties, keeping an accurate record of work performed to critically review and approve invoices: Verify quality work.
• Assist with remodels, producing work scopes, taking measurements, coordinating and supervising third party contractors and ordering materials: Support construction projects.
