Job Description
Precision Air is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Retrofit Installation Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of HVAC mechanical systems in residential homes.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role
• Supervise a team with the installation of HVAC mechanical systems in residential homes (new construction & existing home replacement)
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation procedures.
Responsibilities
• Lead a team to install HVAC equipment on new construction jobs
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintain accurate records of installation activities and quality control
Requirements
• Proven track record of supervising installation teams
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation procedures
• Valid Driver's license is a must
