At Way Mechanical, we're committed to delivering exceptional service and expertise to our clients. As an HVAC Service Expert Lead, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our commercial air conditioning systems run efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• System Performance Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to enhance system performance, reduce energy consumption, and extend equipment lifespan.
• Technical Support and Training: Provide guidance and training to junior technicians, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Customer Satisfaction and Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients, respond promptly to queries, and provide transparent communication throughout the service process.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in commercial HVAC maintenance, installation, and repair.
• The ability to read and comprehend technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and installation/operation service manuals.
• A valid driver's license, good driving record, and EPA certification are mandatory.
