$100,000 - $130,000/year + bonuses and potential profit-sharing
Responsibilities
• Operations Leadership: Oversee daily operations, including fieldwork, project scheduling, and staff management.
• Business Development: Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals and profitability.
• Licenses and Compliance: Ensure all work complies with Tennessee state regulations and HVAC licensing requirements.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of HVAC technicians and support staff.
• Customer Satisfaction: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, track expenses, and monitor key performance metrics.
• Field Work Participation: Assist with HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs during the start-up phase as needed.
• Safety and Compliance Enforcement: Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to local codes and standards.
Qualifications
• Active HVAC Contractor License in the state of Tennessee (required).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC management or a senior leadership role.
• Strong technical background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Proven ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to a start-up environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
