Key Responsibilities
• Direct and manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and superintendents to report any issues affecting project plans.
• Coordinate daily activities of crew members, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
• Implement best practices for efficient use of construction materials, manpower, and equipment.
Requirements and Qualifications
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant trade certifications are preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in the construction industry, preferably in HVAC installation and maintenance.
• A valid driver's license is necessary for this role.
