Heating and Cooling Specialist Wanted
The NJ-PA ENERGY GROUP LLC dba THE INSULATION GROUP is currently seeking a skilled HVAC Lead Install/Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch installation and service experiences to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
As an HVAC Lead Install/Service Technician, you will:
• Install and service high-efficiency heating and cooling systems
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Lead a team of service technicians to deliver efficient and effective service
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Meet deadlines and achieve sales targets
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• 5 years of experience in high-efficiency equipment installation and service
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to pass a background and drug test
• Valid driver's license
• Ownership of necessary hand tools
What We Offer
