Compensation:
This role offers a competitive salary range of $30.00 to $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for bonus pay. We also provide medical and prescription benefits, holiday pay, and a company vehicle.
About the Job
We are looking for a seasoned professional with 5 years of experience in high-efficiency equipment installation and service. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team of service technicians.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Extensive knowledge of induced draft and high-efficiency equipment installation
• Experience with furnaces, boilers, air conditioning systems, and heat pumps
• Ability to pass a background and drug test
• Valid driver's license
• Ownership of necessary hand tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
