Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our service department, you will interact with customers to drive business growth, diagnose and repair faults in residential HVAC equipment, perform preventative maintenance checks, and represent the company with professionalism and integrity. With a focus on delivering top-notch service, we aim to exceed customer expectations and build trust in our brand. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently, leveraging your technical skills and problem-solving abilities to provide efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair faults in various residential HVAC equipment
• Perform routine maintenance checks and services on HVAC systems
• Represent the company with customers, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional service. You should be comfortable working in outdoor and unfinished spaces, able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 60 pounds), and willing to work at heights on ladders, lifts, and roofs.
