About the Role
Cold Control LLC is looking for a skilled Commercial Refrigeration HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This is a service position that requires extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and service manuals to identify issues and repair or replace defective parts.
• Perform regular maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems to diagnose issues accurately and respond to service calls in a timely manner.
Requirements
• A minimum of 3 years of Commercial HVAC experience.
• Knowledge of boilers, ammonia refrigeration, and property maintenance.
• Ability to work independently in the field or as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose issues accurately.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
The estimated salary for this position is around $70,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
