The successful candidate will be responsible for managing installation operations, scheduling and dispatching crews, ordering and purchasing equipment and materials, and ensuring timely project completion. Strong communication skills, independence, and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry is required. The selected candidate will oversee the training and efficiency of installers, manage project installation crews, and ensure profitability.
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
