Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 4+ year experience as an HVAC technician, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field.
• Valid driver's license.
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
• Working knowledge of boiler systems.
• Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
