We are looking for a highly skilled Heating and Cooling Maintenance Professional to join our team at 5812 Investment Group LLC. This is a full-time position with a salary of $23.00-$27.00 per hour.
About the Job
The Heating and Cooling Maintenance Professional will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, warranty, and emergency repairs on HVAC systems, including ventilation and air conditioning equipment. Our ideal candidate will have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience as an HVAC technician
• HVAC Certification – Type 2
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
