Peterman Brothers, a reputable Indiana-owned company founded in central Indiana, is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Lead to join its team. As a key member of the installation crew, you will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and other equipment following manufacturer specifications and company requirements.
Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on their new equipment, and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction.
As an HVAC Install Lead, you can expect to earn an hourly pay between $24-$35+, plus guaranteed 40 hours. This opportunity offers a chance to grow and develop your skills while being part of a dynamic team that prioritizes work-life balance, training opportunities, and career progression.
Responsibilities:
• Represent yourself as a professional and industry knowledgeable expert to drive new referrals and repeat business.
• Maintain a strong relationship with field leadership and peers.
• Educate customers on their equipment and ensure proper installation and troubleshooting.
• Install and run metal/duct board trunk lines, PVC flues, and b-vent metal flues.
• Set up new furnaces, air handlers, and outdoor equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Proven track record in heating and cooling systems.
• At least 2 years of experience in the field.
• EPA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
