Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Automation Specialist to join our team as a Team Lead Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of field service experience in the HVAC or BAS space and knowledge of one or more of the following Building Automation Systems: BACnet, Modbus networking protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with partners to plan, facilitate, and complete BAS installations for a variety of end users.
• Manage projects to ensure a client-focused approach and adherence to budget.
• Coordinate tasks with field technicians, engineering, and graphics teams.
