About the Role
QLM, Skilled Staffing Solutions is currently hiring an HVAC Sales Representative to work with commercial clients. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent communication and sales skills.
Responsibilities:
• Sell HVAC preventive maintenance service contracts and replacement/installation projects to commercial accounts.
• Build strong relationships with clients and negotiate contracts.
• Present detailed proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.
Requirements:
• Experience in HVAC sales or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and preventive maintenance.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Estimated Salary: $65,000-$85,000 per annum
