Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service via telephone and email.
• Dispatch HVAC technicians to job sites efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information and service requests.
• Handle payments and provide follow-up support for ongoing customer relationships.
• Coordinate with other dispatchers and technicians to manage workloads.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
• Experience with Service Titan is mandatory.
