Expert Air's HVAC Technician Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Heating and Ventilation Engineer to join our team at Expert Air. As an HVAC Technician with our company, you will be responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial customers.
Responsibilities:
• Design, install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers and colleagues.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Valid HVAC certification or license.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $30-$40 per hour, plus commission. We also offer competitive benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
