As a Commercial HVAC Technician at TechFlow, Inc., you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of commercial HVAC equipment on Marine Corp Base Camp Pendleton.
Key Responsibilities
• Inspect drives, motors, pulleys, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions following checklists.
• Clean or lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, or other parts of machinery.
• Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and equipment used in HVAC in a COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL setting.
• Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and electrical and electronic testing devices such as meters.
• Prioritizes tasks to ensure completion in a timely manner.
