About the Job:
We are looking for a highly skilled HVAC Lead Residential Installer to join our team at Action Air Conditioning, Heating & Solar. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing and commissioning residential HVAC systems throughout San Diego County and surrounding areas.
You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that all installations meet or exceed their expectations. Your leadership skills and ability to mentor apprentices will be essential in maintaining our commitment to excellence.
This is a full-time opportunity with a salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we offer a fun and dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
