About the Role

Responsibilities:
• Perform Routine Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain Gas, Electric, Water, and Steam Powered Commercial Kitchen and HVAC Equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients, explain repair procedures, and offer solutions to minimize downtime, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
• Ensure Safety Compliance: Perform all repairs and maintenance in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards, prioritizing employee and client safety.
• Document Repairs and Services: Maintain detailed records of all repairs, services, and parts used, submitting service reports and invoices promptly.
• Manage Inventory: Track tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory, ordering and replenishing supplies as needed, and maintaining truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked on company vehicles.
• Stay Up-to-Date: Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices through ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with technical or vocational training in appliance repair, HVAC, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum Experience: Possess a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment.
• Strong Knowledge: Demonstrate strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and gas systems, with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Certifications: Hold relevant certifications such as EPA 608, CFESA (Commercial Food Equipment Service Association) certification, or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record as outlined with our company policy.
• Background Screening: Pass a satisfactory background screening.
• Physical Requirements: Meet the physical requirements, including the ability to lift heavy equipment, stand, bend, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
Salary Range: $17.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on location and experience.
