Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will perform various tasks, including but not limited to:
• Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems (DX & Water Source Heat Pumps, Split Systems up to 100 tons, Packed RTU's up to 100 tons with VAV capabilities, Water Cooled Self-Contained with VFD's, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Exhaust Fans & DDC Navigation Capabilities)
• Providing excellent customer service and communication in verbal, email, text, and social media formats
• Ensuring satisfactory completion of background checks, drug screenings, and motor vehicle reports
• Working independently and in a team-based environment
• Following standards for preventative maintenance and repair procedures
• Using appropriate PPE and adhering to safety requirements
• Completing necessary documentation and paperwork accurately and timely
Additionally, you will be expected to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel effectively and maintain a valid driver's license.
