Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Rogers, Minnesota. The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Install or replace HVAC equipment according to industry standards and customer requirements.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment, including inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting components.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of parts, equipment, and tools required for HVAC service and installation.
• E nsure the service truck is clean, well-maintained, and in proper working condition.
• Accurately document all work performed, including installation details, maintenance tasks, repairs, and recommendations for future service or equipment upgrades.
• D eliver exceptional customer service during all interactions with clients.
Requirements
• 1-2+ years of relevant HVAC experience (desired but not required)
• Technical aptitude
• Must have HVAC working knowledge
• A plus to have Minneapolis and St. Paul competency cards
• Knowledgeable with Excel, Microsoft, Outlook, and scheduling software (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must pass a background check
• Must be authorized to work in the US
