Job Details
This is a full-time Lead Installer position with Air Regional, a reputable small family business in the San Fernando Valley area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in light commercial HVAC installations and excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
• Lead installation teams to ensure successful project completion
• Install and maintain light commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units and split-systems
• Work safely in ladders and handle extreme conditions such as hot attics, crawl spaces, and high roofs
• Travel occasionally from LA County to surrounding counties
Requirements:
• Valid CA Driver's License (clean record)
• 4+ years of experience in light commercial HVAC installs
• Strong leadership skills and ability to read mechanical plans
• Experience with sheet metal ductwork and basic power tools
Compensation: $32.50 per hour
