We are seeking an experienced Install Field Leader who will oversee installation teams, ensuring high-quality work and exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
• In-field support for Installation Teams
• Quality assurance/control for installation projects
• In-field technical training for new Installation Technicians
The successful candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation and experience leading teams. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional earning potential.
Required qualifications include:
• High School diploma or GED
• 7 years of HVAC service or installation
• Familiarity with North Carolina and South Carolina installation codes
