The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HVAC and/or sales and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The estimated annual salary for this position is around $180,000, based on performance.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
• Developing the Greater Boston market for residential HVAC services through commission-based sales efforts
• Performing engineering calculations during sales consultations
• Participating in community events and marketing efforts
• Assisting the sales and install team
The requirements for this position include:
• Proven track record in HVAC/Sales with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Knowledge of various HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and boilers
• Proficiency in financing, loans, and payment calculations
• Effective strategies for objection-handling, follow-up processes, and closing sales
