Key Responsibilities
• Thorough understanding of installation, maintenance and repair of various HVAC systems.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment to identify and address system problems.
• Work in diverse conditions including mechanical equipment rooms with exposure to noisy operating equipment and extreme weather conditions.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
