We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Building Services Technician to join our team at Carlson Hvac, Inc.
As a Commercial Building Services Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, or repairing heating and air conditioning systems in commercial establishments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
• Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment
• Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency
Requirements:
• Past experience as an HVAC service technician
• Refrigeration License
• Valid Drivers License
• EPA Certification
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
