Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Building Cooling Systems Technician to join our team at Building Team Solution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with commercial chiller systems, cooling towers, pumps, motors, and HVAC systems.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will possess OEM certifications and experience, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. They should also be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues with data center environmental equipment, conduct pump and motor alignments, and perform preventative maintenance on hydronic cooling & heating systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on chiller systems, including water source heat pumps and evaporative condensers
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data center environmental equipment
• Conduct pump and motor alignments, and perform preventative maintenance on hydronic cooling & heating systems
Requirements:
• High School or Trade School Graduate or GED
• EPA Universal license
• At least 3 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean record

Salary:
A competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
