About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Heating and Cooling Technician to join our team at Woods Comfort Systems. As an HVAC Start Up Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential heating and air conditioning systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting
• Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
Requirements and Qualifications
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Completion of HVAC Technical Program/Schooling
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
