Job Summary
The Swimming Pool Service Technician at Smartpool LLC is responsible for preparing detailed estimates for customers in need of repairs for their residential and commercial pools. As a key member of our team, this individual will work closely with customers to assess their needs and provide a competitive estimate for their swimming pool repairs.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless repair processes
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Conduct site visits to assess pool conditions and provide estimates
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers through regular communication
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in pool repair and maintenance
Requirements
This role requires a minimum of two years of experience in swimming pool service, repairs, renovation, and/or construction; sales experience is a plus. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and ability to operate computers, tablets, and/or smartphones is required. We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, along with additional benefits including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
