HVAC Operations Manager Position
Job Overview
This HVAC Operations Manager role is responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the supervision and delegation of service employees, including hiring decisions, scheduling coordination, staff meetings, training, performance evaluation, and work assignments.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance technician productivity and skills through coaching, training, and sales support.
• Provide sales assistance via onsite sales and bid writing/assistance.
• Coordinate the dispatch of HVAC Service Technicians to ensure technician selection based on customer needs.
• Address customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 3 years of management experience in the HVAC industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales objectives.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment, adapting to change and stress.
• Positive attitude and motivational abilities essential.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills required.
