Director of HVAC & Plumbing Projects
Gulfstream Strategic Placements invites applications for an experienced Director to oversee complex mechanical construction projects.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
This senior role involves directing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop project strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet project milestones.
• Foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals.
• Monitor and mitigate potential risks to minimize project delays and costs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in senior project management roles, preferably in commercial mechanical construction.
• Extensive knowledge of MS Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Deep understanding of building automation systems and relevant local regulations.
• A minimum of 8 years' experience working in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Annual Compensation: $180,000 - $220,000.
