About the Position
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Ace Hardware Home Services. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining and repairing residential equipment, and educating customers on ways to improve their home's comfort and efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Service Delivery: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through efficient and accurate service and effective communication.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair all residential equipment, including traditional forced-air systems, steam, and hot water-based systems, oil, high velocity, ductless, and more.
• Customer Education: Educate and inform customers of improvements to the comfort, efficiency, or safety of their homes.
Qualifications
• Education and Experience: 3-5 years of HVAC service experience (REQUIRED), EPA Universal Certification.
• Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codes, proficient in all aspects of HVAC function.
