Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Professional to join our team at Estes Services. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the good working order of company vehicles, conducting regular preventive maintenance inspections on HVAC equipment, and identifying potential opportunities for new systems, service agreements, and additional services offered by Estes.
Average Salary: $48,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of HVAC field experience, NATE certification, EPA certification, and a Trade School or Tech Builder background. You will also be expected to participate in company-provided meetings and training, observe all company procedures and safety rules, and work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years HVAC field experience
