AmeriCold Logistics is an innovative leader in temperature-controlled logistics solutions, and we're looking for a skilled Industrial Refrigeration Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our refrigeration systems and equipment.
We require at least 5 years of combined experience in industrial refrigeration and/or industrial maintenance, with a minimum of 2 years of employment experience in industrial refrigeration. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is mandatory, and completion of the RETA Operator 1 course or equivalent training is highly recommended.
Your responsibilities will include performing routine refrigeration maintenance and repair, operating and repairing refrigeration systems, monitoring system performance, and replacing components as necessary. You'll also perform basic pump out/evacuate refrigerant procedures and routine maintenance on various types of warehouse equipment in accordance with OSHA standards.
We estimate your annual compensation to be around $90,000-$100,000 based on industry standards and your level of experience.
