About the Role

As an HVAC Estimator, you will play a vital role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) projects in commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints to estimate costs for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Prepare detailed, professional proposals in response to customer bid solicitations.
• Source and negotiate pricing with vendors and subcontractors while maintaining positive relationships.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets and schedules of values (SOV) for awarded projects.
• Utilize estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite for accurate calculations and documentation.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• Clean driving record and current driver's license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry.
• Proficiency with handheld devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets) and computers, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and participate in a drug-free workplace.
Compensation Package
• $70,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience.
