Job Overview
As a Building Controls and Services Technician with Estes Services, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting commercial HVAC control systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Install and configure Tridium Niagara N4 controllers, Honeywell Spyder 5, and Honeywell Classic Controllers.
• Program logic, integrate systems, and create graphics for commercial HVAC control systems.
• Perform service calls, troubleshoot issues, and make repairs to commercial HVAC control systems.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5 years of HVAC service experience preferred.
• EPA License and relevant certifications (e.g., Tridium Niagara N4, Honeywell CIPer).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and climb ladders up to 25 times an hour.
Salary Information
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
