Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Heating and Air Conditioning Technician Lead to join our team at Dobbs Heating And Air Inc. In this role, you will oversee the installation, servicing, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of HVAC technicians in the installation, servicing, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems
• Ensure timely completion of jobs and maintain customer satisfaction
• Train and mentor junior technicians on HVAC systems and procedures
• Oversee equipment maintenance and replacements
Qualifications:
• Prior experience as an HVAC service technician lead or equivalent education
• Valid driver's license and EPA certification
• Leadership skills and ability to train and mentor junior technicians
