Key Responsibilities:
• Perform regular inspections of equipment to identify potential problems
• Troubleshoot and repair issues with refrigeration systems independently
• Document all repair details in accordance with company procedures
• Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and necessary parts inventories
• Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance technical knowledge and skills
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in refrigeration service with ammonia
• Graduation from a technical school or program in a relevant area
• Certifications such as CARO and CIRO
• Able to pass a physical examination and respirator fit testing
• Availability to be on call on nights and weekends, as needed
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
