About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Dispatch Manager to join our team at Omega Heating And Air Inc. As a key decision-maker, you will be responsible for optimizing our service delivery by effectively assigning jobs to technicians, managing customer expectations, and resolving any scheduling conflicts that may arise.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing multiple schedules and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
• Coordinating logistics support with technicians regarding parts needed, special instructions, and any changes to service calls
• Providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, technicians, and office staff
Requirements: Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, proficiency with dispatching software, entry-level knowledge of HVAC systems, and attention to detail to ensure accurate information is recorded and communicated.
Benefits: Our office-based environment offers a comfortable working space with phone system and computer workstation. We operate from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with half-day Saturdays required but rotating between office staff. The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
